Accommodating staff, great prices, the location is marvellous so close to Raymond James Stadium and a very nice area surrounded by luxury apartments. The rooms are spotless and bright with very comfy beds and safe. The breakfasts is free with lots of food.

Well-maintained and wonderful hotel, the idea of having a double room was great. The amazingly nice staff provided all the necessary info. Appreciated coffee and air conditioning in the room. The breakfast offered lots of food and was free. Great location by the beach was a plus. The private parking was onsite, FRIENDLY service.

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and I felt welcomed during my stay. The young lady at the front desk, Jessica, was particularly amazing. She made sure I had hot coffee even in the evenings and her friendly attitude truly brightened my stay. Moreover, the breakfast at the hotel was fantastic - they had a wide variety of options and the area was well-maintained. It was a great start to my day!

There were no recycling bins, disposable plates/cups/utensils were used during breakfast, and there was no encouragement or information about water preservation in the rooms. Implementing some sustainable practices would greatly improve the hotel's appeal and environmental impact.

We enjoyed the clean and well-maintained facilities. The friendly staff made us feel welcome. The location was safe with plenty of nearby shopping and dining options. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we appreciated the great amenities offered.
